The Clean Machine Wins Customer Service Award for the second time.
We at the Clean Machine wish to thank all our valued Clients for their support in helping us win the 2010 Australian Achiever Award for NSW Cleaning & Maintenance Services & Supplies category, our core business focus being carpet, upholstery leather and tile cleaning. In addition to having previously won this distinction in 2009.
An Australian Achiever Award is an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment rating from a company’s own clients. It focuses on seven criteria, namely: Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication and Overall Perception.
The criteria are rated individual in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.
The Clean Machine achieved a 97.99% overall score for Customer Service and Relations, topping all other NSW Service Providers.
